Questions about official Marion County dockets belong with the office that keeps the file. Circuit and General Sessions records go to the Circuit Court Clerk, while Chancery and related probate records go to the Clerk and Master. Municipal clerks keep city-court files. This private reference site cannot answer for those offices, but the routes below identify where to begin.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Marion County does not have one verified public portal for every trial-level case. Route each request by court and record type:

  • Circuit or General Sessions docket: contact Lonna Henderson, Circuit Court Clerk
  • Chancery or related probate file: contact Paige Mashburn, Clerk and Master
  • Municipal case: contact the clerk for the city court named on the citation or notice
  • Court date: confirm the current setting with the clerk that holds the case
  • Appellate history: Tennessee Public Case History covers state appeals, not a universal Marion trial search

For Circuit and General Sessions dockets, contact Lonna Henderson, Circuit Court Clerk, Marion County Justice Center, P.O. Box 789, Jasper, TN 37347, 423-942-2134. Ask before mailing a request whether the office needs a case number, fee, return envelope, or another form.
